Fit Soccer Clinic is geared towards players U5 through U12, with priority placed on the advancement of individual technical skills and a passion for the game. The goal is to provide our youngest players with the tools they need to unlock their maximum potential. This is achieved through our foundational approach to teaching, which includes; Soccer IQ, Game Fitness, and Sports Nutrition. Our goal is to make our players understand and play the game at a high level yet in a fun and creative learning environment.
.At Fit Soccer Clinic, Soccer IQ is the driving force of our curriculum. Our approach will allow every child to have a bird's eye view of the game and dissect its parts to make the right plays in split seconds consistently.
Soccer Fitness is building character and maximizing performance outside of directly playing the game. It is important to us that our young athletes develop a strong foundation of fitness training (strength and conditioning, speed, and agility training) and understand how it impacts performance. Through Soccer Fitness, our players will develop profound sportsmanship and leadership skills that foster accountability and discipline.
This is the vital link to supercharge athletic performance. For professional athletes, sports nutrition is very advanced and specific the individual athletes. For our Fit Soccer Clinic players, our goal is to provide the basic principles that will create life-long habits that may set them apart from other players.
